Full tear-down & Ground Up new build of Bubba’s 33 in Beavercreek, OH.
The transformation is officially underway in Beavercreek, Ohio, as an existing TGI Fridays location begins its next chapter through a complete building tear-down and ground-up new build conversion into a brand-new Bubba’s 33 restaurant. This large-scale commercial construction project marks the beginning of a full site redevelopment, where nearly every aspect of the existing structure is being removed to make way for an entirely new restaurant experience.
Early phases of work have focused heavily on demolition operations, structural removal, material separation, and site preparation activities to safely clear the property for future construction milestones. Heavy equipment crews have been actively removing structural steel, roofing systems, exterior materials, interior finishes, and mechanical components as the existing building footprint transitions from demolition to new construction readiness.
This project represents more than simply removing an existing restaurant—it is the complete reimagining of the site from the ground up. Extensive coordination, demolition sequencing, site logistics, and safety planning play a major role in maintaining progress while preparing for the next phases of construction.
As demolition activities continue, crews are setting the foundation for what will become a completely new Bubba’s 33 location designed to serve the Beavercreek community for years to come. From demolition to final completion, this project showcases the complexity and scale involved in transforming aging commercial properties into modern restaurant destinations.
More updates to come as progress continues and this site moves from tear-down to vertical construction. Stay tuned as Beavercreek begins to take shape one phase at a time.
