Our project team completed an exterior remodel at a Texas Roadhouse location in Lafayette, Louisiana. The project began as part of a multi-phase renovation effort that included exterior improvements and restroom upgrades. Early work focused on demolition activities, material deliveries, and preparation for new exterior finishes.

As construction progressed, our crew installed new siding, trim, fascia, and soffit materials throughout the building exterior. The team also completed roofing improvements, including metal roofing installation, flashing work, gutters, and downspouts. These upgrades improved both the appearance and functionality of the restaurant’s exterior.

In addition, the project included lighting and signage improvements. The team installed new gooseneck lighting, exterior fixtures, and updated restaurant signage. These enhancements helped refresh the building’s visual appeal and strengthen brand visibility from the street.

Throughout the project, the crew coordinated multiple phases of construction while maintaining progress on roofing, siding, trim, and exterior finish work. Final updates show exterior caulking and painting activities followed by a final inspection milestone
