VMC Facilities, LLC is proud to showcase the ground-up construction of a brand-new Texas Roadhouse in Magnolia, Texas, kicking off in May 2025. Led by Project Manager Joel Williams and Superintendent Robert Williams, this project represents another successful collaboration between our expert team and a nationally recognized restaurant brand.

From the ground-up, our scope includes complete site preparation, foundation work, structural framing, full MEP systems, and premium exterior and interior finishes. Designed to deliver a warm and engaging dining experience, this new 8,000 SF facility will feature expansive dining and bar areas, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, ADA-compliant restrooms, mechanical and electrical rooms, and a welcoming entry and lobby. The layout is optimized for both high-volume service and customer comfort.

This Magnolia location also includes a custom-finished outdoor patio space, staying true to the Texas Roadhouse brand while blending seamlessly into the local community. Our team is committed to maintaining a tight construction timeline, working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and the client to ensure smooth progress from permitting to final turnover.
