VMC Facilities is proud to showcase our new build construction project for a new Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Lawton, Oklahoma. This project highlights our expertise in delivering high-quality, full-service restaurant builds from site preparation to final finishes.

Our work began with site demolition of an old Asian Buffet, grading, and preparing the building pad to establish a solid foundation. From there, our team coordinated every phase of construction, including installation of underground utilities, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and black concrete in the receiving area. Site lighting conduits, traffic-rated clean-out covers in the dumpster area, and risers at the grease tank manhole were also integrated to ensure proper infrastructure and compliance with city requirements.

Inside, progress moved quickly across both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). The crew installed drywall in the mechanical room, HVAC finishes, and fire suppression systems, ensuring the restaurant meets safety and efficiency standards. FOH lighting finishes, emergency and exit lighting, restroom partitions, and mural drywall all came together to create the polished look that guests will enjoy. In the BOH, our electricians pulled wire and KEQ connections while platform flooring, ceiling finishes, and refrigeration line sets prepared the kitchen for full operation.

Throughout the project, every detail was carefully managed to meet Texas Roadhouse’s high standards. From green trim paint on the exterior to precise caulking, doors, and gate installations, the final result will be a restaurant that blends functionality with signature style.
