Restaurant Remodel for Texas Roadhouse in Pensacola, FL

Project Title: Dual-Scope Restaurant Remodel – Pensacola, FL

Project Description:

VMC Facilities, LLC recently completed a dynamic two-in-one project for a Texas Roadhouse location in Pensacola, FL. This fast-paced remodel included both an interior tin and skin refresh and a complete restroom renovation, showcasing our ability to manage dual scopes under one streamlined timeline.

On the interior, the dining space underwent a full transformation. We relocated pendant lighting to accommodate a newly updated ADA floor plan, ensuring accessibility and modern design go hand-in-hand. Fresh black spray paint on the FOH ceilings added a sleek finish, while new LED light fixtures and overspray protection brought the space together with safety and style in mind.

The restrooms received a top-to-bottom refresh with all-new trough sinks and faucets, upper storage cabinetry, tile replacement, and updated lighting. We also replaced both the women’s and vestibule ceiling tiles, creating a clean, modern environment that better serves guests and staff alike.

Outside, we installed Nichiha fiber cement siding across the exterior walls for a durable, stylish finish that elevates curb appeal and provides long-term performance. The end result? A refreshed restaurant that reflects the Texas Roadhouse brand inside and out.

We’re proud of the results and grateful to our client, who was on-site during key milestones and expressed satisfaction with the quality and speed of progress. Projects like these reflect VMC’s ongoing commitment to precision, partnership, and getting it done right.
