Texas Roadhouse – Restaurant Interior Renovation – Gainesville, GA

VMC Facilities LLC was onsite in Gainesville, Georgia, kicking off another full restaurant interior renovation in partnership with Texas Roadhouse. This project focused on refreshing the dining experience while upgrading seating layouts, accessibility, and operational functionality throughout the restaurant.

The renovation began with extensive interior demolition, including the removal of existing tables, booths, liquor cabinets, POS stands, and select interior walls. New furniture packages were installed across multiple seating zones, including the 100s through the 500’s seating areas, ensuring a consistent and updated look through the entire space. Risers in the lower 200s seating section and around the outer bar were redecked to support the new seating configuration and improve durability in high-traffic areas.

Our sub vendor partner supported the renovation with phased demolition and installation across the dining room. This included removing old booths and tabletops in the 300s seating area, installing new booths and tops, and modifying interior walls to meet updated ADA seating requirements. Additional wall demolition and extensions were completed near emergency exits and bar areas to accommodate the revised layout and new cabinetry.

Throughout the project, lighting was carefully adjusted and re-centered in the 100s, 300s, and 500s seating areas to align with the updated furniture layout. Floor patching, caulking, and painting of handrails were completed as part of the finishing process, along with the installation of booth backs, cedar siding details, and final furniture placement.

The project finished with final walkthroughs to ensure all scope items were completed, systems were aligned, and the refreshed interior met Texas Roadhouse brand standards. The result is a modern, functional dining environment designed to enhance guest flow, comfort, and accessibility while keeping the brand’s signature atmosphere.
