Our commercial construction team is on-site in Mesquite, Texas, breaking ground on the full restaurant build-out of a vanilla shell space for the new Ojos Locos Sports Cantina. This project will transform a 10,878 square foot interior with seating for 432 guests, designed to accommodate every aspect of a high-volume food and beverage operation.

The scope of this restaurant construction project includes:

• Commercial kitchen with dedicated prep, cookline, and dishwashing areas

• Full-service bar and lounge

• Walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and beer cooler for optimal food and beverage storage

• Chef’s counter, expo station, and beverage service counters

• Spacious dining rooms and covered outdoor patio

• Men’s and women’s restrooms, DJ booth, and oil recycling station

• Riser room and back-of-house utility areas
