Proud to have completed this interior restaurant remodel of the Texas Roadhouse in Wilmington, North Carolina. This comprehensive renovation focuses on refreshing the tin and skin features throughout the interior space, delivering a modernized, guest-friendly dining experience while maintaining the brand’s signature rustic charm.
Key aspects of this interior restaurant renovation include full demolition and reinstalling of cedar siding throughout the restaurant. Darryl from Southern Lighting was on-site coordinating the lighting scope of work following the installation of new ADA-compliant booths. This includes repositioning lighting fixtures in the 300’s and 500’s seating areas to align with the updated layout. Additional enhancements include caulking, repainting baseboards, and adding fresh corrugated metal for added texture and character.
The foyer area is undergoing a full overhaul, including front door package replacement, capping, door and frame demo, re-wrapping windows, and painting. The to-go room features a new installation of black FRP panels. Across the dining room, guests will enjoy new booth backs, custom tabletops, and updated Davis black concrete flooring. Our team is also demoing and reinstalling the ADA bar top, adding Nichiha brick accents, signage, and new millwork including wall metal, POS stations, liquor and storage cabinetry.
Structural upgrades include installing new utensil troughs, a fresh metal roof over the lower 200 seating, and re-wrapping beams in the 500 section. We’ve added cedar siding and accessories behind both hostess stands and freshly painted all goose neck light poles for a clean, cohesive finish.
Led by PM Andrew DiCarlo and Superintendent Dave Robinson, this Texas Roadhouse remodel showcases VMC’s dedication to quality, detail, and ADA-compliant construction.
