Interior Restaurant Remodel for Texas Roadhouse in Hickory, NC

VMC Facilities is proud to showcase our recent interior restaurant remodel project in Hickory, North Carolina. This comprehensive restaurant renovation combined both aesthetic upgrades and functional improvements, ensuring the space not only looks refreshed but also meets updated accessibility and operational needs.

The remodel began with the installation of new tongue-and-groove flooring throughout the dining room. Our team applied multiple coats of stain to bring out the natural beauty of the wood while enhancing durability for high-traffic use. Alongside the flooring updates, we removed outdated cedar siding and fixtures, replacing them with new materials to give the restaurant a clean, modern look that still aligns with its classic Texas Roadhouse charm.

In the dining areas, the crew installed brand-new booths and tabletops, elevating guest comfort while maximizing seating capacity. Special attention was given to ADA accessibility—our team carefully relocated lighting in the 100’s and 300’s seating sections to accommodate new ADA-compliant booth layouts, ensuring inclusivity without sacrificing style.

The bar area also received a major transformation. Out went the old liquor cabinet and POS system, and in came custom-built replacements designed for efficiency and a polished appearance. To tie everything together, the crew completed detailed painting, caulking, and finishing work, ensuring a flawless final presentation.

With every detail addressed—from flooring installation and booth upgrades to bar renovations and accessibility enhancements—this Hickory remodel reflects VMC Facilities’ commitment to delivering high-quality, quick-turnaround results for national restaurant chains.
