New Ground-Up Texas Roadhouse – Muskogee, OK

VMC Facilities, LLC is currently bringing a brand-new Texas Roadhouse to Muskogee, Oklahoma, with a full ground-up restaurant construction project. Project #260047 began in May 2026 and is being led by Project Manager Brendan Leonard and Superintendent Jerahme Ryan.

Construction began with site coordination, building layout and preparation for the restaurant’s foundation. Crews excavated footings, installed reinforcing steel cages and completed concrete footings, piers and stem walls to establish the structural foundation of the new building. As foundation work progressed, the project transitioned into structural steel erection and preparation for the restaurant’s major building systems.

The team continued advancing both the Back of House and Front of House areas with underground infrastructure, grease-trap installation and concrete slab placement. Patio concrete, exterior structural components and building framing followed as the footprint of the new Texas Roadhouse began taking shape.

Once the slabs were completed, framing became a major focus across the project. Crews constructed interior walls, kitchen-area framing, roof structures and rooftop doghouses while coordinating plumbing, mechanical and other building systems. Roofing mobilization followed, along with continued work on the restaurant’s entry, to-go area, windows, blocking and interior sections.

As of August 2026, construction is actively progressing, with substantial framing completed throughout the building and work continuing across the roof, entry and interior spaces.
