Project Spotlight: Exterior Restaurant Remodel
Texas Roadhouse, Murrells Inlet, SC
This completed project photo showcases the exterior remodel of one of the oldest operating Texas Roadhouse locations, located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Led by VMC Facilities’ experienced project team—Project Manager Andrew DiCarlo and Superintendent Dave Robinson—this renovation focuses on updating the “tin and skin” façade while preserving the classic charm that guests have loved for years.
The early phases of construction, with the building wrapped in Tyvek HomeWrap, preparing for new siding installation. As part of the exterior upgrade, we’re refreshing dated finishes with modern, durable materials while carefully maintaining the original character of the restaurant’s architecture. From structural repairs to aesthetic improvements, every step of this exterior transformation is handled with precision and care.
At VMC Facilities, we specialize in restaurant remodels that minimize operational downtime while maximizing long-term value. Our team is proud to be trusted with legacy store updates like this one, bringing renewed life to high-traffic dining destinations.
This project is a perfect example of our commitment to quality, efficiency, and collaboration. From site prep to the final trim details, we work closely with brand teams to ensure each remodel aligns with current design standards and enhances the customer experience.
