Our project team completed a major exterior renovation at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Middletown, Kentucky. The work focused on refreshing and improving the building’s exterior appearance while enhancing long-term durability. Throughout the project, the crew coordinated multiple trades and worked through several phases of construction to keep the project moving forward on schedule.

Exterior Improvements Begin

The project started with exterior demolition activities around the upper parapet areas. Shortly after demolition, crews installed weather-resistant barriers and began siding installation. As work progressed, the team continued replacing exterior materials while preparing the building for its updated appearance.

Siding, Lighting, and Architectural Upgrades

Once demolition wrapped up, attention shifted to installing new exterior finishes. The crew completed siding work, added new LED lighting, and upgraded the building’s appearance around the dock and awning areas. These improvements enhanced visibility, curb appeal, and the overall customer experience. Additional staining, paint touchups, and caulking helped create a clean, finished appearance throughout the facility.

Roofing and Drainage Enhancements

A significant portion of the project included roofing upgrades. Earlier project updates noted roof demolition and installation of ice and snow protection systems. Later phases included new roofing materials, parapet caps, gutters, downspouts, ridge components, flashing repairs, and related weatherproofing enhancements. These improvements strengthened the building envelope and helped protect the facility from future weather-related issues.

Signage, Doors, and Final Touches

As the project neared completion, the team installed new front doors, completed exterior touchups, and coordinated signage installation. Final work included additional roofing details and exterior finishing tasks that brought the renovation together. The project concluded with all major construction activities completed and the renovated restaurant ready to serve guests with an updated exterior appearance.
