Project Overview:

We’re excited to partner with a sizzling new client—Nando’s Peri-Peri—for a full-scope renovation of their Gaithersburg, MD location. This comprehensive remodel includes both front-of-house and back-of-house upgrades, as well as exterior enhancements designed to elevate the guest experience and reflect Nando’s signature vibrant style.

Our scope of work includes selective demolition and removal of existing fixtures, canopy, and railings; refurbishment and reupholstery of fixed seating; installation of new tiled flooring, composite wood decking, custom joinery at the servery and pickup stations, and bespoke concrete counters. We’re also coordinating the installation of powder-coated aluminum storefront doors, new signage, low feature walls, exterior condiment units, and cladding with timber and faux chevron decking. On the mechanical side, we’re managing electrical updates and new decorative lighting systems, including pendant lights and concealed LED accents.

This project highlights our expertise in detailed coordination, code compliance, and brand-driven restaurant renovations. Every material and layout element is carefully selected to ensure Nando’s bold and eclectic brand is on full display.
