VMC Facilities has mobilized in Bedford, TX for the construction of a new dining room addition, expanding capacity for a popular steakhouse concept. This 690 square foot building addition is strategically designed to increase the restaurant’s occupancy by 41 seats—enhancing the guest experience and boosting operational throughout.
Our team is currently coordinating construction material deliveries and preparing the site for vertical expansion. The project scope includes selective demolition, site preparation, and concrete slab work, followed by structural framing, weatherproofing, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) tie-ins, roofing, and finishes. Coordination with trades will be critical to ensure proper integration with the existing restaurant layout and utilities.
As part of this restaurant renovation, the new area will be built to match the existing architecture while also incorporating energy-efficient systems and ADA-compliant design. The build-out includes HVAC duct routing, lighting and fire alarm modifications, as well as storefront glazing installation for natural light. Flooring, paint, and interior finishes will be selected to align with the restaurant’s branding and atmosphere.
Throughout the project, VMC Facilities remains focused on schedule control, quality assurance, and jobsite safety while reduce disruption to ongoing restaurant operations. This addition represents another successful collaboration between VMC and a trusted national restaurant client—one that continues to invest in expansion and guest comfort.
