VMC Facilities, LLC recently completed an interior tin & skin refresh for Texas Roadhouse in Durham, North Carolina. This restaurant remodel was part of a larger brand refresh initiative focused on modernizing interior finishes while maintaining the signature rustic charm Texas Roadhouse is known for.

Our scope of work included the full demo and removal of existing cedar siding and interior wall accessories in the bar and dining areas. The team then reinstalled brand-new cedar siding, fresh caulking, and rehung TVs to align with updated layouts. We also demoed an interior wall to make way for a new framed wall, which will support a custom barn door installation—enhancing both function and aesthetic appeal for the guest experience.

As with all of our interior tin and skin projects, attention to detail and coordination with on-site teams and management was key. Working around operational hours, our crew ensured minimal disruption while delivering a clean, updated interior look that blends seamlessly with the existing restaurant design.

This interior tin & skin refresh in Durham showcases our team’s expertise in restaurant remodels, particularly in active restaurant environments. With a tight turnaround and clear branding expectations, VMC delivered high-quality craftsmanship while staying on schedule and on budget.

Whether it’s an interior refresh, full remodel, or ground-up build, VMC Facilities is proud to support national restaurant brands like Texas Roadhouse with construction services tailored to their unique needs.
