 New Commercial Restaurant Build

Team VMC is proud to lead the full ground-up restaurant construction of a new Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Kissimmee, FL. This 8,015-square-foot build is being constructed from the ground up with every detail approved across multiple departments—building, zoning, fire, environmental, and utilities. It’s a fully coordinated project, designed to meet all Florida Building Codes and Osceola County requirements.

The build began with extensive site preparation, including trenching for grade beam footings and pier excavations at key areas such as the outdoor patio and dumpster enclosure. Following successful soil testing, which confirmed clean and stable ground conditions, excavation areas were backfilled and compacted using clean fill material, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term structural integrity.

Inside, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are underway—from HVAC systems and fire alarms to water lines, vent stacks, and grease interceptor connections, all compliant with local and TWA standards.

We’re also managing installation of fire protection systems, interior partitions, ceilings, wall finishes, kitchen equipment, and restaurant furnishings. A custom landscaping plan will finish the exterior, featuring tree plantings, irrigation, and lighting.
