The newly built bathhouse measures 24’-0” x 36’-0” and includes fully finished interior build-outs for both men’s and women’s restrooms, complete with durable, code-compliant finishes.

Women’s Restroom Features:

• 1 Corian solid surface countertop with dual hand sinks

• 2 standard toilet stalls with partitions

• 1 ADA-compliant toilet stall with partition

• 2 standard showers

• 1 ADA-accessible shower

Men’s Restroom Features:

• 1 Corian solid surface countertop with dual hand sinks

• 2 urinals

 Pool Equipment Building from the Ground-Up

Adjacent to the pool, a 17’-4” x 21’-4” ground-up pool equipment building was constructed, designed to house filtration and pump systems essential for long-term pool operation.

Ground-Up Swimming Pool Construction 

VMC completed a new in-ground swimming pool with the following specifications:

• Surface Area: 3,200 sq. ft.

• Perimeter: 240 linear feet

• Water Depth: 3’-0” to 5’-0”

• Total Water Volume: 97,574 gallons

• Fully ADA-compliant pool lift installed
