Joe’s Crab Shack Reopening Today

By Dan Hieb | Bizjournals.com   Joe’s Crab Shack reopened today for lunch, just one month after the surging Cumberland River filled it 8-feet deep with floodwaters.   General manager Ray Lockhart said the restaurant was originally told it could take up to three months to reopen, but managers worked around the clock with its contractors — Volunteer Maintenance Co. and Cotton Demolition — to get it ready in time for this week’s CMA Music Festival….
